Evening art class exploring colour

Join me in in my 6 session course learning about colour in your painting. Over the sessions we’ll be exploring oils and acrylics, looking at the colour wheel and learning more about mixing colour using a chromatic palette and more.

The class is held FORTNIGHTLY on Thursday evenings at Lingfield and Dormansland Community Centre (Allison Room), from 7.15-9.15pm, on: 2 May, 16 May, 30 May, 13 June, 27 June & 11 July.

Each class is £20 for the 2-hours, payable in advance for the 6 weeks (£120).

The sessions will be designed to help you gain confidence in seeing and mixing colours, together with the use of colour harmonies to enrich your paintings.

Through a series of exercises, we’ll:

• Learn how to mix any colour

• Be transformed by grey

• Look at different artists colour palettes

• layer colour

And at the same time you'’ll continue to develop our observational skills as we make paintings together.
