19/100 Heads, original oil bar drawing
This piece is 19/100 from my 100 Heads project. All of these pieces this far have been in oil paint, but with 19 and 20 I wanted to have a play with the oil bars. These are very fat sticks, like a wide oil pastel. It’s difficult to make a precise mark, so it’s all about blending, playing, and pushing through until you have something that feels right.
I've drawn this in oil bars on primed paper, this comes UNFRAMED. It will require framing to hang. If you wish to talk about framing options, do drop me an email.
