This is an original fine art acrylic painting, entitled 'The Sleeping Storyteller'. I painted it at a life drawing or figure drawing session. The model was a young man full of stories which he told in an animated fashion, after which he dozed, giving us a relaxed pose from which to paint him. Exploring the scene with the paint, here I enjoyed loose drips and vibrant colours to bring joy to the peaceful scene.
Painted on standard depth stretched canvas, the painting is ready to hang, strung on the back, but would be beautifully set off with a frame.
The painting will come safely packaged flat, signed on the back, with accompanying certificate of authentication.
